Both staff and students can contact the team directly for matters relating to all areas of the library service, including:

  • All reading list queries 
  • LibrarySearch and e-resources - using and reporting issues
  • Referencing and RefWorks, Cite Them Right Online
  • Searching, finding, and evaluating information 
  • Copyright
  • Requests for resource purchases, scanning requests, subscription enquiries to support teaching and learning
  • Requests from staff for information skills training, workshops or embedded skills delivery to support modules
